wecome to judgegenius.com, the OFFICIAL website of judge genius. in fact, the ONLY website for judge genius. the cd release went off without a hitch, and we're very thankful to all of you who attended and bought a copy. much love. we also want to send some shouts out to the Skullniks for putting on a great show. if you caught the show on Jan. 11, then you were also in for a treat. we played at the Bayou with Sola, after RF-7-whatever... cancelled. great show. i had heard a lot about them and finally got a chance to see them. it was great.
now, i don't know what you're doing on wednesday night, but you could just ride on down to New Orleans and watch JG and Nail in the Brain at the Hi-Ho lounge. i'm anxious to see what Blake does to the crescent city. i'm sure they've probably heard of him. unfortunately, this is going to be the last JG show of the season. we're gonna take some time off to re-energize our show and write some more new stuff. we're playing in march i think, but that'll just be for a few shits and giggles... to make sure we don't lose our edge.

adam and i checked out the CD inlay design last night. it's good... i was quite impressed with what pigeon and mark came up with. don't worry, you'll see it soon. i just want to remind you all just in case you forgot. January 5. Ichabod's. it's gonna be fun. so be there. give us some of your money. we're gonna need it. we spent all of ours on CD's.

ARE YOU READY FOR THIS..... INTRODUCING.... THE ALL NEW..... 14 TRACKED, KICK ASS, SHIT KICKIN', BEER DRINKIN, SLAPIN YO MOMMA... ok nevermind... ladies and gents, on Saturday, Jan 5th we'll be at Ichabod's on Chimes Street with 100 copies of our "new" album. Now you can actually have a copy of your very own, of the songs we've been playing for about 2 years now. If you're not sick of them yet, bring about ten bucks with you and pick up a copy of this disk. It features fantastic artwork by Marky and Pigeon from tabu, a bunch of little liner notes (which are ALWAYS cool), and pictures of us doing stupid stuff. And to boot, it's just NOT in time for the holidays. The show's gonna be great too. We've got the Skullniks opening, and plus we're gonna play everything we've ever played EVER. Even the stuff we don't play anymore. From songs like "Courtroom Drama" and "Old Woman" to Madonna, Ole Dirty Bastard, a little Rolling Stones, and Clutch. Come out and support it. We may even throw in some door prizes. So we'll see you monkeys there. DON'T MISS THIS ONE.

Sam's Christmas Gift Ideas

ok... i'm bored. there's no more new judge genius news to talk about so i'm gonna just ramble. so what does everyone want for Christmas? email me and i'll post the best gift ideas. piss and poo poo don't count, so don't even try it. i was thinking. what do i need? well, i certainly could use some sleep, but that's a pretty shitty present. i need my own TV show. why don't one of you get me one of those. hell, get me a few TV shows. In fact, I want a whole damn network. WSAM...all Sam, all the time. i want to be a star. THAT'S WHAT I KNEED... (i bet that's how Knever spells need). oh well, fuck it. I'm gonna go polish up the old one eyed wonder weisel. good luck to all, and Merry Christmas.

ok, word on the street is that the new cd is almost totally mixed down and we expect to see it out around the first weekend of december. i know we've said things like that before but this time its real. i swear. you just keep it on your favorite website and look for more news.
